Clean Room Construction Process

The main types of floor decoration are PVC floor, epoxy floor, etc：

1. PVC floor：
In the clean room construction, the PVC floor is generally completed before the equipment enters the site, creating a good environment for equipment installation and debugging, and finishing touches are required after the positioning and debugging are completed later.

The edge processing ensures the beauty and integrity of the ground engineering. Common after-sales maintenance problems are empty drums and damage.

Epoxy floor construction can be divided into three stages: early stage, middle stage, and later stage：

1. Early stage. Before the construction materials and personnel and equipment enter the site on a large scale, when the construction surface is perfect, the civil ground is ground and leveled, and the primer construction is carried out to create a clean room construction surface. Generally, to ensure the relative cleanliness of the main material of the clean room and the construction process, the primer construction can effectively reduce the dust generated by the concrete layer of the civil ground floor during the construction process.

2. Mid-stage. The middle coat and top coat shall be applied before the equipment enters the site. According to the thickness and requirements of each epoxy floor in the construction process, refer to the construction technical requirements and process of the on-site ground construction team, and set aside time for construction and drying, and solidification. (If the equipment enters the site without relevant ground requirements, it can also be delayed. If the ground is done early, there will be a risk of scratches and damage during the subsequent construction process.) After the indoor support and hanger pipes are completed, other construction majors will free up the construction work surface for the ground construction majors. If the construction period is tight, the remaining main works of each major are relatively large, and the construction can also be divided into areas and sections.

3. In the later stage, the floor decoration of the clean room is finished as a whole, and there may be scratches on the ground during the equipment or construction process, the transfer of the equipment position, equipment position transfer, and ground repair after the change, ground reserved equipment or blocking of process interface. In principle, after the epoxy topcoat is finished, dry, and solidified, no large construction equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, etc. can enter. If it is necessary to enter the venue, the tires need to be cleaned and wrapped in a flexible package to prevent damage to the surface coating. Workers emphasize the awareness of finished product protection in subsequent construction.
