The laminar transport vehicle is also called clean laminar vehicle. It adopts modular design concept and perfect manufacturing process. Its frame is not fully welded and its working area is guaranteed to be completely sealed to ensure the cleanliness of materials transferred.

The on-site test service and the SAT on-site testing for each laminar transport vehicle include: high efficiency filter integrity test, dust particle counting (air cleanliness test), downward airflow and uniformity test, polluted area inspection, noise test, illumination test and electrical safety testing. We can provide a full set of DQ/OQ verification schemes and assist the owner to implement them.

Characteristics:

The 304 stainless steel frame is put through surface drawing and welding processes, with smooth and beautiful appearance. The working area can meet the requirements of GMP A level and reach ISO Class 5.

The touch screen control system has LCD display function and is of strong controllability and easy for operation.

The automatic alarm system conducts real-time electricity monitoring.

The digital differential pressure gauge monitors pressure at both ends of the filter in real time. The controllable battery realizes 4~6 hours non-stop operation. And gloves can be selected for isolation operations.

The automatic pushing servo system can be selected and used to improve operational efficiency and reduce work intensity. And the multi-module combination meets the requirement for integration of automatic input and output, transfer, storage, and isolation operations.

The docking mode can be designed according to the height and structure of the outlets of freeze-drying and sterilization processes, etc., to realize automation and reduce human intervention. The easy-cleaning transfer pallet and the safe glass sliding door are used to facilitate material input and output. And the built-in automatic contraction charging power cord is beautiful and easy to clean.
