In June 2023, Egyptian client came to visit and inspected Marya’s cleanroom factory. The main purpose of this visit is to inspect the ordered cleanroom materials, equipment and water chiller. And Marya’s cleanroom technical director accompanied the chairman and communicated with him about the cleanroom project process.

And Marya’s cleanroom technical director accompanied the chairman and communicated with him about the cleanroom project process.

2.Client' s Background

Since its establishment, the client’s company has established a good reputation in the pharmaceutical industry, with core business areas covering service provider for QA/QC/EU GMP, PICS pre audit EU Auditors, APIs, packaging materials, certification services, cleanroom projects, turnkey projects, pharmaceutical formulations, finished product formulation export, and technology transfer. The company is a certified supplier of pharmaceutical and chemical products and one of the main suppliers in the public and private sectors. Therefore, the company is considered a trustworthy partner in the Egyptian market.

3.Inspection

Accompanied by engineers and business personnel, the client visited the sandwich panels manufacturing workshop, the doors and windows manufacturing workshop, the cleanroom equipment manufacturing workshop, and the cleanroom air conditioners manufacturing workshop and other workshops of Marya cleanroom factory. And he gained a deep and detailed understanding of the  manufacturing process of Marya’s products. In response to the client’s needs, we conducted FAT testing on the water chiller in the cleanroom factory. The FAT results were very satisfactory and the performance of the product met the client’s requirements. After the visit, we had a meeting with the client to summarize all the discussed points, and made a detailed introduction about our  technical strength and after-sales services. Through this visit, the client had gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of our company and was more confident in the quality of our products.
