The total area of manufacturing, filling and packaging rooms of other large production lines shall not be less than 100m²; the total area of filling room and packaging room in the simple packaging workshop shall not be less than 80m². The functional areas such as inspection room and sample retention room shall not have to be less than 10m².

Clean room purification system for cosmetics:

Dust-free workshop, consisting of central air conditioning and air purification system, is also the core part of the purification system, which controls the number of dust particles in the air of purification workshop and adjusts the temperature of the workshop.
The dressing room, air shower room and purification room are a basic part of the cleaning system in the workshop, and the air shower room is a channel for entering and leaving the clean area. The high-speed clean air sprayed out can effectively and quickly remove the dust and bacteria carried by the human body. The purification room adopts sandwich color steel panel to isolate the space or wall. Color steel panel are used for ceiling and the floor are paved with epoxy resin.

Cosmetic clean room engineering parameter requirements:

  • Number of air changes: 10-15 times/hour for class 100,000; 15-25 times/hour for class 10,000; 50-52 times/hour for class 1000; 0.25-0.35m/s for the cross-sectional wind speed of class 100.
  • Pressure difference: ≥5Pa between main workshop and adjacent rooms.
  • Temperature: > 16℃± 2℃ in winter; < 26℃± 2℃ in summer;
  • Relative humidity: 45-65% (RH); Noise ≤ 65 dB (A); Fresh air supply: 20%-30% of the total air supply;
  • Illumination: ≥300Lux
